About me.
I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in repeating patterns - and who sense that real change has to go deeper than understanding things intellectually.
My approach combines systemic counselling and embodied yoga to support change on both a mental and physical level. I accompany people through processes of reflection, emotional awareness, and embodied experience, creating space for new perspectives and sustainable shifts.
Alongside my work as a systemic counsellor and yoga teacher, I have more than ten years of experience in HR and organisational contexts. This background allows me to understand not only personal dynamics, but also the pressures, expectations, and invisible structures that shape modern working lives and relationships.
My interest in systemic work is personal as well as professional. Growing up in a family marked by instability and dysfunction, I experienced early on how deeply patterns can shape our lives - and how difficult it can be to change them without support. This experience continues to inform my work today: with sensitivity, clarity, and respect for each person’s pace.
I believe that meaningful change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from creating enough space to feel, understand, and gradually shift what has been holding us back.
If you feel that something in your life is asking for deeper attention, I’m here to accompany you in exploring it - in a way that feels grounded, honest, and human.
