In a systemic counselling session we will work on a topic that’s currently top of mind for you. We will take some time to identify the problem, look for the root cause and discover strategies on how to find a better solution. Interventions include family and inner team constellations but are always tailored to the individual situation.

Private Yoga Class

In a private yoga session you enjoy the intimacy of a session completely tailored to you with nobody but yourself in the room. You can enjoy this moment with your body in complete privacy but with an experienced teacher to guide you through your practice. I teach Hatha flow which is a flowy version of a traditional Hatha yoga practice. This is a complete class including the practice of pranayama and meditation.
