• Systemic counselling doesn’t look at you as a problem isolated in your mind - it sees you as part of larger systems (family, relationships, work, life history). We explore recurring patterns and relational dynamics that influence how you feel and behave.
This way of working often leads to deeper insight and sustainable change - especially if challenges are connected to relationships, upbringing, or recurring life themes.

  • rivate yoga is designed entirely around you. Unlike a studio class, where one sequence must suit everyone, a 1:1 session adapts to your goals, challenges, physical needs and energy on that specific day. You receive dedicated attention, personalised adjustments and practices that evolve with you over time.

Because my work combines yoga with systemic counselling, my private sessions are tailored to support emotional clarity, stress regulation and deeper mind–body integration with the aim of anchoring the newly learned behaviors or thought patterns.

  • You first meet for a counselling session - we explore what’s causing stress, stuck feelings or disconnection. Then, we plan a personalized yoga (or gentle movement) session to help your body digest and integrate the mental insights.

This holistic two-step approach helps bridge mind and body, supporting long-term regulation, grounding and embodied awareness. I usually recommend scheduling the yoga class 1–3 days after counselling (unless we agree otherwise).

  • Yes - but only if you feel stable and grounded after counselling. Sometimes processing emotions requires rest, space or reflection. We can discuss together whether same-day yoga makes sense for you. My goal is your wellbeing, not to push you.

  • Absolutely. You don’t need to take the bundle. If you only want counselling, we’ll work with dialogue and reflection. If you prefer private yoga alone, I offer tailored sessions that meet your body’s needs. The bundle is optional - it’s here for those who feel called to integrate both mind and body.

  • Not at all. My yoga style is gentle, inclusive and adapted to your needs and abilities - not about advanced poses. I guide you step by step and always pay attention to your comfort and boundaries.

The yoga tradition primarily aims at controlling the movements of the mind, not about making our bodies do a beautiful shape. If you can breathe, you can to yoga. :)

  • I offer counselling and yoga sessions in English, German or Portuguese.
Sessions can take place in person (Amsterdam Noord) or online via video call - whichever feels safest and most accessible for you.

  • Group classes are currently in development. I’m creating small, community-oriented sessions in Amsterdam Noord that blend grounding movement with mindful presence. If you’re interested, feel free to get in touch.

  • Yes. If you’re a student or currently navigating a financially vulnerable situation, I offer a reduced rate to make my work more accessible. Simply reach out and share a bit about your circumstances - no detailed justification needed. Together we’ll find a price that feels supportive and fair for both of us.

  • Yes, absolutely. All sessions are confidential, in a safe and non-judgmental space. Your privacy and comfort are priority.
